chaostdk 12 years ago #5. i managed to set mine offline by picking lan. not sure if you did it right but i found this as a mistake when doing my keybinds. did you hit esc after picking single player? in the options i found that you actually had to click on the OK button for all changes you want to apply. Original Story: At the time of writing, Dead Island 2 multiplayer servers are up and running. There are no reports of any connection issues or problems with online play. However, given that the servers are mandatory in order to play co-op, any issues may cause multiplayer to be offline temporarily.
Open the menu « Setting », « Online » and create a session by choosing a session type. Plug type « Only friends » to co-op with friends. To invite friends to a session after it has been created, go to the main menu, «Communication". Select an account from the list and click «Invite Players" (key on PC - F1 ).
