Whilst washing her the other day the fuel cap door was open and the filler spout filled with several inches of water, before I could find something to remove it, all drained through the round cover into tank. Like a prat I drove to work.

Fuel filter 60000km, air filter 45000km (dusty conditions). I use the free Forscan software and bluetooth MX OBD2 interface. I also have cheap Chinese adapter which works well with Forscan but no MS CAN. I change brake fluid 2 yearly with a home made pressure system (warning do not exceed 15psi). Forscan doesn't have ABS servicing though.

949 posts · Joined 2016. #9 · Aug 15, 2022. your posting in the wrong section, this is for MK3 Mondeos, yours is a MK4, the fuel filter on the MK3 is totally different from the MK4 and also this thread is from 2011. Performance Blue Mondeo ST TDCI 2005. Audi A4 2.0 TDI saloon 2008 Black.

Have done 3 belts on the 2.0 TDCi all F.L versions and 1 on a Volvo V50 2.0D (same engine). The hardest part is the crankshaft bolt , the other bits are straight forward , you need 1-2 jacks and axlestands.
